- How to give a course?
It's very simple: once logged into your account click on "Create a new course" and fill out the form. To change it afterwards go to your "List of courses taught" and update its information.
- How to take a course?
First select your course from the left menu or from the search tool. Then, once you've found the course you seek, you can get it by clicking on "I want this course" and then pay the teacher if necessary.
Once you have purchased the course (and the payment is validated, if any), go to your "List of courses taken" to locate and / or access it.
- How to make a payment?
Any payment is made via secured a Paypal transaction. In case of a dispute, the seller and buyer are to find common ground. LearnAvenue.com, as a simple exchange platform, does not intervene in the payment process.
- How does a course take place?
A course is conducted via LearnAvenue either through an online video / edocument made by the teacher, or in a virtual classroom offering a complete and easy interface to give or take a course: whiteboard, microphone and / or webcam, screen sharing, document sharing, raised hand system and much more .
- How much does it cost me?
LearnAvenue does not charge anything for using its services. Only the teachers are paid directly by their students.
- Who has access to the courses I teach?
Only the persons that get your courses, by buying them for instance, can access them. These persons then become your students for these courses.
- Do I get any official credential for the courses I take?
LearnAvenue is not an online university, but rather a place for every kind of teachers and students to interact easily. If you are looking for an online university, you could go to ICS Distance Learning.
